Pull-wire Emergency Stop Switches
Design and Operation Mode:
All emergency stop pull switches comply with European standard EN ISO 13850. There is a positive connection between the NC contacts and the wire rope. The emergency stop pull switch enters the working state through the pre-tensioned pull wire, that is, the NC contact is closed and the NO contact is open.
All emergency stop pull switches have wire break detection. When the pull rope is pulled or the pull rope breaks, the NC contact is forced open and the NO contact is closed. Emergency stop pull switches can only be returned to operation by a reset operation.
Pull switch is a commodity in daily necessities, which can be used to control all electricity. The switch can be placed at a higher or lower position to prevent electric shock, and the switch can be controlled by a pull wire.
Under ideal conditions, the design pull rope length of the two-way emergency stop pull switch can reach 100 meters in both directions. The emergency stop pull rope switch with pull rope and rope break detection function ensures reliable emergency stop function of material conveying machinery. Once activated, the two-way emergency stop rope pull switch locks in the emergency stop position and is only unlocked by manual operation of the reset button. All switches comply with the requirements of international standards IEC60947-5-5, ISO 13850 and EN 620. In combination with a suitable safe signal processing unit or a safety network, emergency stop rope pull switches can be used in safety applications up to PLd.
As an operating status indicator, the emergency stop rope pull switch is equipped with a mechanical status indicator window, which is visible when activated. The switch can be reset via the blue reset button integrated on the trigger lever.
Application Scenario:

The solid shell with protection level of IP66 or IP67 ensures the normal use of this series of switches under harsh environmental conditions.
