Working Principles:

When the degausser is working, it will generate a magnetic field through the cable coil, and use this magnetic field to cancel the magnetic field of the pipe port. What you need to tell the user is that the magnetic field cancellation does not eliminate the magnetic field carried by the entire pipe. High-quality welding can be achieved without the magnetic field at the pipe port.

Instructions:

Use the matching cable to wind 5-10 turns on the pipe port that needs to be demagnetized. The specific number of turns depends on the site conditions. The straight-line distance between the port welding and the cable is maintained at about 10 cm to prevent the arc from burning the cable. Use a Gauss meter or welding rod to measure or feel the magnetic field strength at the port, then connect the cable plug to the jack of the power box and screw it tightly, turn on the power to adjust the output current to about 5-10 amperes, and then use a Gauss meter or Measure or test the magnetic field of the pipe port. If the magnetic field becomes smaller, the wiring is correct. If the magnetic field becomes larger, the two plugs need to be exchanged. When the plugs need to be exchanged, adjust the current to the minimum and then exchange the power supply. Two output plugs of the box. [Important note]: When exchanging the two plugs of the power box, in order to ensure the safety of personal and power supply, the current must be adjusted to the minimum before operation. Then slowly increase the output current, use a Gauss meter or an electric welding rod to measure, or feel whether the magnetic field is the smallest or the magnetic field disappears, and you can start normal construction. During the construction process, the magnetic field strength at the pipe port will change slightly, and the current can be increased or decreased at any time. The size allows the welding to be completed smoothly.

The degaussing device can degauss the two pipe ports at the same time to facilitate the docking of the two magnetic ports. The specific method is to use a Gauss meter to measure the two magnetic ports separately, and then wind two equal or unequal turns according to the magnetic difference. Set cable coils, connect two sets of cable coils in series and then connect with the power supply, adjust the power output, change the cable connector or switch the power plug according to the change of the magnetic field to reduce or minimize the magnetic field of the two pipe ports, which is convenient for welding.
