Industrial Robot/Intelligent Production Line Solution
The intelligent production line solution is a complete system developed by our company to build an intelligent factory. It can design unique automation solutions according to different factories and different production lines to achieve the goal of production automation, cleanliness and intelligence. The intelligent production line solution mainly uses industrial robots as loads for processing, handling and palletizing.
For different workpiece parameters and working environments, our company mainly provides the following industrial robot solutions:
1. Stand-alone robot: One machine corresponds to a maximum of three in a character-shaped layout to complete the processes of loading and unloading, stamping, and stacking of the machine tool.
2. Ground rail robot: It adopts the form of robot + opposite external axis to complete the loading and unloading of multiple machine tools.
3. Parallel robot: Using a spider manipulator, it can quickly pick up, place, stack and other processes in high-speed situations.
4. Frame robot: A combination of frame and robot is adopted, aiming at the automation facilities of the equipment in the case of a small site.
For different working environments, we have equipped the robot with various types of grippers, such as pneumatic grippers, vacuum suction cups, etc.:
For the workpiece that needs to be positioned, we equip the robot with a CCD vision system to dynamically detect the position of the workpiece and the appearance of defects:
For production lines with relatively high precision requirements, we are also equipped with a professional online testing platform, which uses a high-precision contact sensor, and uses the principle of an absolute value grating scale inside to avoid the interference of cutting fluid, and the repeat measurement accuracy error is ±0.001mm . The measurement data can be stored, and the subsequent processing method can be determined according to the measured value.
