This product is a new type of intelligent robot that integrates fire extinguishing and automatic inspection. It is mainly used in UHV substations, chemical plants, etc. It has intelligent identification, path planning and autonomous navigation functions. It can alarm and activate initial fire sources or abnormal heat sources. The fire extinguishing device performs preliminary processing and can independently complete daily inspection work and fire extinguishing tasks. It is mainly responsible for autonomous robot inspections in the work area, recording real-time temperature changes of equipment, detecting abnormal fire alarms, and linking the fire protection system to issue early warnings. Intelligent firefighting and inspection robots can accurately attack the fire source, cool down and suppress the spread of fire in the early stage, effectively using the three golden minutes of firefighting to gain time for subsequent firefighting.

The robot consists of a car body, chassis, inspection system, fire extinguishing injection system, battery system, and machine shell. The overall dimensions of the robot are ≤ 2050 mm × 1320 mm × 1460 mm (length × width × height), and the overall weight is ≤ 1100kg.
1.1 Car body
The car body is a load-bearing design, which has the functions of protecting various equipment, rainproof, anti-static, and anti-vibration. It is also a component that achieves mobility.
1.2 Six-wheeled chassis
A wheeled mobile platform is used as the mobile carrier of the robot. The wheeled mobile platform has mature technology, simple structure and fast movement speed. The chassis structure design includes suspension mechanism and steering mechanism.
1.3 Inspection system
The inspection system mainly includes the main controller, pan/tilt, antenna, radar, etc.
1.4 Fire extinguishing system
of 100L water-based fire extinguisher and pressure sensing system. The water tank uses an electric servo actuator. Once the inspection system recognizes the fire source information, the signal is transmitted to the pressure sensing system, and the automatic fire extinguishing function can be realized.
1.5 Battery system
The battery uses a 44.8V lithium iron phosphate battery, and the charging method adopts automatic charging at a charging pile. The charging time is less than 3 hours, and the battery life is more than 5 hours.

2.Backend system software
The system software part includes embedded software and monitoring platform software. The embedded software is mainly used to analyze the data information collected by front-end sensors in real time, and is divided into six modules: perception, positioning, map, planning, decision-making and control. 4. Application
Heat source identification can be successfully realized at the work site, and the temperature change curve of abnormal temperature points, on-site location information, and video files collected by the PTZ can be uploaded to the background for monitoring and platform warnings can be issued. The background monitoring personnel receive the information to judge and deal with it. They first confirm the location of the fire area and power off the equipment. At the same time, they issue instructions to the robot, and the robot performs fire extinguishing first.
