Marine Growth Removing Mechanism:
1. Distance adjustable mechanism is a hand-controlled jack, adjustable distance is 100-350mm and can meet cleaning requirements for pipeline diameters from 20 to 40 inches.
2. Fan-shape nozzle hole diameter is 1mm and the best cleaning distance is 150mm (100-150 times' hole diameter).
3. Tension mechanism consists of rolling wheels and stretching springs, which can fasten the pipelines well while cleaning.
4. The HP water from HP pump will firstly enter into the 4-way valves and then distributed to 3 connection rods.
5. The total mechanism is a circle consisting of 3 branches and each 2 branches is connected by pins. 3 nozzles' rods are separated in 3 different layers, and thus will have no interference when changing pipelines' diameters.
