High-Quality Hygienic Lobe Pump
Introductions:
All parts in the LQ series rotary lobe pump that come into contact with the conveyed materials are made of stainless steel materials that meet hygienic standards, and their seals are made of non-toxic rubber. Reliable rust resistance and non-toxic sealing ensure safety and hygiene. The streamline structure of the rotor and the absence of dead spots and non-metallic parts in the rotor chamber avoid contamination of the conveyed material. It is suitable for in-situ CIP cleaning and steam sterilization, and fully complies with the requirements of the US FDA and pharmaceutical grade (GMP) specifications. It is especially suitable for foaming during re-transportation and for conveying high-viscosity, high-concentration and any particle-containing media. The material conveyed through it maintains the original quality and does not have any physical and chemical reaction.

7. Suitable for conveying high viscosity, concentration and any medium (material) containing particles. Suitable for temperature -30 to +200 degrees Celsius.
8. Low rotation speed, generally between 200 rpm and 600 rpm, the material conveyed through it maintains the original quality without any physical and chemical reaction.
9. All parts in contact with the medium (material) are made of high-quality stainless steel (the material is SUS304, SUS316), which fully conforms to the hygienic standard.
10. The impeller of the pump is separated from the transmission gear, and there is a certain gap between the parts in the pump chamber, no contact with each other, no wear, low noise, good reliability, long service life, energy saving and consumption reduction.
11. Introduced foreign advanced technology, which has been digested and absorbed, carefully designed and developed. Compared with similar foreign pumps, it has high precision and low cost to fill the domestic gap and has been widely used in various fields.
