The plunger pump makes the fluid medium work through the pressure difference caused by the change of the sealing volume in the plunger cylinder caused by the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the plunger cylinder. Changing the working stroke of the plunger can control the flow rate of the plunger pump.

k. A stainless steel cup washer is set to prevent the fluid from penetrating into the crankcase.

Advice on commissioning plunger pumps:
The plunger pump transfers power from the motor and engine to the plunger by a crank mechanism in the crankcase. Therefore, the crankcase must always be lubricated with the specified amount of oil. Be sure to check the oil level before commissioning.
In principle, three types of piping are required to connect to the pump: water supply piping, spillway pipe, and discharge pipe. (Varies depending on the operation form)
The used liquid is drawn from the water supply pipe into the pump chamber, the liquid is compressed in the pump room, and the high-pressure liquid is discharged from the discharge pipe to the secondary side.
The pressure is adjusted by the equipped pressure control valve, and the high-pressure liquid that exceeds the total discharge amount from the selected nozzle returns from the spillway pipe to the tank, etc.
Pressure adjustment by the pressure control valve is performed while checking the guidelines of the pressure gauge.
In addition to adjusting the set pressure, the pressure gauge is used to monitor the operating status of the pump, such as excessive pressure, abnormal pressure due to dust clogging on the secondary side, step-down due to liquid leakage, pulsation of the guideline due to water supply failure, etc., so be sure to check the condition of the guideline.
