Application Areas

• Dust removal and cooling of construction sites with relatively large dust such as power plants, port coal terminals, railway freight yards, mines, coal mines, steel plants, coal coke chemical industries, etc.;

The ultrasonic atomizer uses electronic high-frequency oscillations of 1.7MHz or 2.4MHz to cause the high-frequency resonance of the ceramic atomizer to generate ultrasonic waves. Cavitation occurs when ultrasonic waves propagate in water. The atomizer uses the cavity explosion that occurs between water and air to smash the water around the cavity into 1-3um particulate water mist, which is output to the designated location through the silent fan built into the chassis.
