HBY Diesel Driving High Pressure Water Cleaning Solutions for Zone 2
 

For the use of diesel powerpack in "Hazardous Atmospheres" such as those encountered in chemical plants, offshore oil & gas installations and shipping applications, our standard UHP units will be fitted with the necessary safety equipment to meet some mandatory requirements and safety standards: Lloyds open deck Zone II areas, OCMA MEC 1, BS 5908 ZONE 1 & 2, BP 200, IECEx, Shell ISO 27, eemua No 107, ATEX(94/9/EEC).



The principle of operation is to limit all surfaces and exhaust gas temperatures to below 200ºC and offer automatic shutdown of the engine should high coolant water temperature, high exhaust temperature, low oil pressure or engine overspeed occurs.

A <Declaration of Conformity> with signature by the original manufacturer can be provided according to the explosion-proof requests in different countries.
